About this product
The Melange padded gilet is a versatile layer crafted with a melange effect outer and a lightweight filling for reliable insulation without weight. Cut to a tailored fit, it features zip front pockets and an concealed front zip, with elasticated binding around the hem.

Reverse coil zip with signature zip puller and internal storm flap and chin guard. Concealed zip pockets with teardrop puller. Horizontal stitched sandwiched baffles. 325gsm polyester fill. Stretch binding around hem and armhole for added protection. Smartphone friendly - internal self loop for headphone wire attachment. Binding around internal seams. Product contains no branded neck label.* Removable Kimble or looped garment tags. Inner seam label holds important product information on one label with a second label containing brand information which can be cut-away.

Photography and product copy come from the supplier. If a colour is critical to your brand, ask us for a physical sample before you commit to a run — we would rather post you a garment than reprint a hundred.

Front print — your logo

Colours in your design, not the garment. The bulk pricing table shows the per-garment price for each, and it comes down as the run grows.

Chest and sleeve positions are logo-size. Full front covers the front, so it's priced like the large back print below.

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. Vector artwork prints sharpest — if you only have a small PNG we'll let you know before printing.

Back print — large

A full-size print across the back. Priced per garment on top of the front — bigger screens and more ink, so a little more than the front figures.

Printed prices include the position; extra positions beyond a front and a back are quoted separately. Choosing None on both gets you the plain garments at the price shown — plain orders start at 25 pieces across the basket, and a print on any line lifts that.

Plain garments start at 25 items across your basket — mixed styles, colours and sizes all count. Under 25 we cannot send the quote, but you can keep adding.

A print on any line lifts the minimum from the whole basket.
