How it works
How a business order works
There is no checkout on this side, and that is deliberate — a decorated order has too many variables to price on a page. Prices are shown to approved trade accounts, so applying for trade pricing is what puts figures on screen as you browse. We will quote plain blanks in bulk too, if that is what you need.
-
Build a quote basket
Type quantities into a grid of colours against sizes — one order can mix as many of both as you need. Your artwork is uploaded once for the whole order rather than once per product.
-
Send it to us
Nothing is charged and you do not need an account to do this. If a size is short at our supplier it is back-ordered rather than refused, and the basket marks it before you send.
-
We price it by hand
How complex the artwork is, how many colours are in the design and how the run spreads across products all move the number — which is why a person does this and not a calculator. It comes back within 1 business day.
-
You approve it, we make it
Say yes and we invoice you for exactly what was quoted. Anything decorated is printed or engraved here in Oxfordshire; a plain order ships direct from the warehouse in unbranded packaging.
How personalising works
This side is ordinary shopping — the price is on the page, the personalisation is included in it, and you pay when you order. One is a perfectly good order.
-
Pick your item
Choose the colour and size you want. Everything on the page is here in the workshop — nothing arrives on back-order.
-
Add your design
Type your text, or bring a photo or a logo you already own, and place it where you want it on the item. You can see it before you commit to it.
-
Check out on the spot
The price on the page already includes the personalisation, and no VAT is added to it. Delivery is worked out at checkout from where it is going.
-
We make it and send it
Yours is made once you order, and a person checks the spelling and spacing before anything is cut. How long that takes is on the product page, because it depends on the item.
How we put a design on it
Not sure which? Ask usSix ways, and which one we use depends on what it is going onto, how many you need and what the design looks like. Tell us and we choose — or read on and choose yourself.
-
Screen printing
Ink pushed through a stencil, one colour at a time, so it lays down thick and survives industrial washing. The cheapest per piece on a big run of one design in one to three colours.
Works on Cotton, polyester and blended garments, tote bags, aprons, hi-vis.
-
DTG printing
Direct to garment: water-based ink printed straight into the fabric, so the print stays soft and takes full photographic colour. No screens to make, so one costs the same each as fifty.
Works on 100% cotton or high-cotton-blend garments — tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton totes. Not polyester.
-
DTF printing
Direct to film: your design is printed onto a film and heat-pressed onto the garment. Full colour, crisp small text, and it bonds to the fabrics DTG cannot.
Works on Any fabric — cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, softshell, sportswear, caps and bags.
-
UV printing
Ink cured by light the moment it lands, so full colour sits on solid surfaces a press cannot reach — photographs included.
Works on Solid materials — bottles, flasks, pens, phone cases, acrylic, wood, slate, glass and coated metal. Not fabric.
-
Laser engraving
Cut into the surface rather than sat on top of it, so there is nothing to peel, crack or fade.
Works on Wood, slate, leather, glass, acrylic, and anodised or powder-coated metal.
-
Embroidery
Stitched rather than printed, for a finish that outlasts the garment. Best for a logo on workwear. Business orders only — mention it when you send your quote.
Works on Polos, fleeces, softshells, jackets, caps and workwear.
-
Decorated in-house
Printing and engraving happen here in Oxfordshire on our own kit — laser, UV, DTG, DTF and screen print — whichever side of the site you came in through.
-
A person checks it first
Spelling, spacing and file quality are looked at by someone before anything is cut or printed.
-
No VAT added
MoeMark is not VAT registered, so nothing has VAT added to it. Delivery is separate and depends on where the order is going.
