The EV4 Insulated baffle jacket incorporates an ergonomic, body-mapped design to balance insulation and comfort. Insulation helps keep the core body area warm, while the innovative ActiReach™ underarm panel increases arm and torso mobility to provide unrestricted stretch and movement. Two zipped pockets offer plenty of secure storage space.

Extremely water-resistant, PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco fabric finish – water beads away from the fabric surface. Acti-Reach™ innovative one-panel construction increases arm and torso mobility when reaching, turning or twisting. Insulatex™ Pro lining offers superior warmth without adding unnecessary weight. Innovative stretch panelling in key movement areas provides excellent comfort and flexibility. Body-mapped design helps balance insulation and increase freedom of movement. Two pockets for secure storage. Side zip pockets. Reflective print for increased visibility and safety. Elasticated cuffs for a secure fit. Hood for added protection against the elements. Chin guard for added comfort and stability. Easy-grip pulls attached to all zips.

Front print — your logo

Colours in your design, not the garment. The bulk pricing table shows the per-garment price for each, and it comes down as the run grows.

Chest and sleeve positions are logo-size. Full front covers the front, so it's priced like the large back print below.

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. Vector artwork prints sharpest — if you only have a small PNG we'll let you know before printing.

Back print — large

A full-size print across the back. Priced per garment on top of the front — bigger screens and more ink, so a little more than the front figures.

Printed prices include the position; extra positions beyond a front and a back are quoted separately. Choosing None on both gets you the plain garments at the price shown — plain orders start at 25 pieces across the basket, and a print on any line lifts that.

Plain garments start at 25 items across your basket — mixed styles, colours and sizes all count. Under 25 we cannot send the quote, but you can keep adding.

A print on any line lifts the minimum from the whole basket.
